When I spoke with the GM about my concerns, he had excuses for the delay “not enough technicians”, even insinuated that I was lucky the dealership offered service as “some dealerships don’t even offer service appts”. He did not have a valid reason for why my car was returned to me with the tire pressure warning light still active, which made me return after waiting three hours. Told me “two of your reasons are valid” and tried to mansplain the weather in the AV as for why a service adviser got the tire pressure light to turn off by over-inflating the tires. It was not a good conversation and he did not come close to “gold star service.”
