Very unorganized. We made an appointment online and when we arrived, they had no appointment in their system. Luckily they took us in. friendly service but it was a long wait to diagnose a warranty repair and had to pay for a 7 day rental car. When the warranty was approved the part and service was done fast because then it was there ca warranty repair and had to pay for a 7 day rental car. My only complaint is that after we had the car towed to the dealership, it took 8 days to get a diagnosis of the problem. With insurance dragging their feet, I was without my car for 5 weeks.
