Although I did not like what I heard, I accepted it. Hyundai, not Diamond, has decided to screw customers if they don't move up to Genesis (my words, not Raul's). He said he'd get the car washed and it should be ready within an hour. We went to get our car a few hours later and it had not been washed. This is the fourth time we've not received a free car wash: Twice it was blamed on 'Oh, that guy didn't show up for work today,' and the other excuse was, 'Oh, Palmdale no longer allows us to provide free carwashes. The Service Department's customer reception area at Diamond is subpar at best. It is cramped, located on a thoroughfare, and antiquated.
