I have been using Diamond Hyundai since I bought my first Sonata in 2014 and have always been treated well. Raul my service advisor went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. There was a problem after service and I came back and spoke with Ashley the Service manager, she was friendly and professional and handled the situation in a way that I had hope for. The only problem and why you got a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating was the phones..... on three different occasions last week I left a message and... nobody called me back. I finally learned to not leave a message and just kept calling back until I was connected with a real person, who was very courteous and professional. I will continue to have both cars serviced at Diamond and thank you all for taking care of us. More

My appointment was scheduled for 130 my car was not taken back to be worked on until 300. You need to refigure how to set appointments. Your appointments should be scheduled at the time the car is to be worked on.
