Waited over 5 hours for an oil change. Was never contacted about car being ready. I bought all 3 of my cars from this dealership. I have been going with all 3 of my cars that I still own since 2005. The reason why I purchased all 3 of my cars from this dealership is because they gave outstanding customer service. My last several visits have been nothing but disappointment. I used to get car washes, if they saw a tire was low they would fill it up and just let me know they took car of it. Now, I brought it in for a recal and noticed the A/C was not working properly. I said it just needs coolant. I was told I would have to pay $200.00 for them to check even though the coolant was 1/3 of the price. I feel I was taken. Then I get into my car and the tire pressure was low. They couldn't even fill it for me. The last time I took my other car in for a headlight. When I picked it up they said nothing was wrong, as soon as I got into the car and the lights went on (in the dark garage) I got out and said Seriously you don't see it is out. I had to bring it back another time since it was already there for 2 days and I needed to go to work. I do not think I will buy another car from this dealership and I am definitely not taking my other 2 cars back. My 3rd car is still under warranty. More
