I was given an appointment for monday 8am And was told tuesday, my car would not be looked at until friday, maybe. I brought car back in a week or two later for them.To tell me nothing's wrong. Check engine light came on and off. Since then, and I paid over a thousand dollars for the service. If I would have let my car sit there, I would be stranded with no. Vehicle to pick my children up to go to work. Hyundai needs to do better! More
Kept car for extended period of time for a very simple fix. No communication from the service department. Called Mutiple times and no one would ever answer, would have to leave messages and receive return fix. No communication from the service department. The parts they removed, they left on my white cloth seats with the adhesive rubbing off on the fabric due to the heat. Terrible Service. More
Long wait time for simple oil change - over 2 hours. The sticker placed on my windshield states that the mileage was 12400. NO, my car has less than 5k miles on it. I purchased my Tucson in June 2024. N The sticker placed on my windshield states that the mileage was 12400. NO, my car has less than 5k miles on it. I purchased my Tucson in June 2024. Now have to call or go in to the service dept. to correct the sticker info and to clarify what the incorrect mileage means. Does the mileage on the sticker mean that the next oil change should be at the mileage shown (12m400), or does it mean that that was the milleage when the car was taken for servicing, which as stated above is at about 5K. Not sure. Sloppy work? Not sure. Laziness? Not sure. Carelessness? Not sure. Just a mistake? Nope, not when servicing is so dependant on mileage maximums. At the bottom of this survey is a question about the quality of work. How can a person tell the quality of an oil change? Thank you. More
I am happy with my car purchase but I wouldn’t recommend the dealership to my friends. My salesperson seemed very new and was not knowledgeable about the 2 year free charging or other perks of buying a Hyu the dealership to my friends. I was lucky another salesperson helped show me how to charge the car otherwise I would have left and never been signed up. I also asked about a home charger. My salesperson pointed me to the Parts department and they looked at me like I was crazy. Apparently, Hyundai (the manufacturer) will put you in touch with an electrician. They don’t sell home chargers, but he didn’t know that. The gentleman walking me through the contract started with some random signatures. I had to ask to see the contract so I knew what I was signing. I found a $500 error, which they corrected when I brought it to their attention, but I doubt most people would have even checked. More
