I had a scheduled appointment and was told it would take 2 hours for an oil change, however, it actually took 3 hours. At the end of the service, I noticed they never reset the oil indicator nor did they le 2 hours for an oil change, however, it actually took 3 hours. I'm very appreciative all scratches were fixed. Unfortunately, when the bumper was re-installed, they forget to connect the front camera.
