Sara or Sarah however she spells her name is Super unprofessional with guests. I don’t understand how Hyundai has her doing anything with customer service unprofessional with guests. I don’t understand how Hyundai has her doing anything with customer service More
Raul was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt bad for Raul as he was the only employee there helping customers check-in. He was fast and efficient. I felt bad for Raul as he was the only employee there helping customers check-in. He was fast and efficient. More
We were looking for a 2024 Santa Fe in a specific trim and interior color. We reached out to 5 dealerships throughout Southern California, nearly all were slow, gave us the run around or went radio silent and interior color. We reached out to 5 dealerships throughout Southern California, nearly all were slow, gave us the run around or went radio silent. Twice while we were in the middle of a deal we offered a deposit and then they sold the car out from under us after saying the deposit was unnecessary. We called Diamond and after speaking to Sergio had a deal down within two hours of the initial outreach. Easiest car buying experience ever! Highly recommend this dealership and Sergio. More
Incredibly poor customer service and deceptive business practices. On or about 30 November 2024, I saw an online advertisement on TrueCar.com for a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid (Limited Trim) for $24,499. practices. On or about 30 November 2024, I saw an online advertisement on TrueCar.com for a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid (Limited Trim) for $24,499. I expressed interest via the TrueCar.com website. On 1 December 2024, I received an email offer from Diamond Hyundai of Palmdale. It included a cash price of $26,704 (including taxes and fees). It also included an option accept the offer and "Get Started" with the purchase. I clicked the "Get Started" Button, and it took me Diamond Hyundai Palmdale's website where I could begin to purchase the car. The website asked me to upload my driver's license, proof of insurance, and authorize a credit check. I completed all of those tasks. The website also asked for information about a trade-in. I completed that information as well. Perhaps most importantly, the website also asked me to view and accept various Service and Protection Plans (paint protection, door protection, red alert, gap insurance, and more). I did not accept any of the protection plans. After completing all required tasks and declining all of the additional accessories, I was presented with a Deal Sheet, valid until 8 December 2024, that included the following information: Diamond Hyundai Palmdale Price of $24,499 plus sales tax and fees (that totaled $2693). It included a trade-in value for my car in the amount of $2951. It offered me 4.99% financing for 60 months, with $10,000 down. The monthly payment would be $269.24. Starting on 2 December 2024, I spoke and texted with Johnathan Perez and a woman named Giullia. My intention was to complete the sale and take possession of the car. They told me that the price of the car had increased due to various additional accessories that were not disclosed in the listed purchase price. I told them that I was offered the additional accessories already online, I declined them, and that I was offered a final purchase price of $24,499. They were not interested in honoring that price. They stopped returning my calls at that point. On 3 December 2024, I asked to speak to the General Manager and determine if it was his intent NOT to honor the deal sheet I was provided. Neither Johnathan nor Giullia connected me with the GM. I called the dealership directly to speak to the GM. I left a message. The GM declined to contact me. At this point, Johnathan made it clear via text that his intention was to sell the car to somebody else. The bottom line is that they tried to upsell me with extra and unnecessary additional accessories, and they believed they were justified in doing so because the list price on the website included the disclaimer, "Final price does not include any added accessories." What they failed to understand is that I was offered all the added accessories, I declined them, and THEN I was offered a final price. Nobody was willing to speak with me and explain why they would not honor their deal sheet. Of course, the price of the car on their website is now $31,997. Stay away from their dishonest and deceptive business practices. More
