I understand dealership has gone under numerous managements and ownership but you should pay attention to reviews and feedback from customers. The only thing positive I can say was the service advisor was good. Service are needs: Greeters,loaner cars and car wash machines should be available. An oil change with scheduled appointment should not take 2+ hours. WiFi wasn’t working and each visit has been this way. Several customers were complaining about above matters but said they feel forced to come until warranty is up and would go elsewhere. I was going to purchase another Hyundai but considering I now live in Palmdale, I will definitely not be purchasing another Hyundai. Due to the fact that this is the only dealership in Palmdale and I won’t receive good service. More
First of all, it is not Raul's fault for this low rating. I took the car in an hour early on a Thursday morning for a 10:00 appointment. Since the problem is computer (Nav) related, I don't know why it would take this long, but, so be it. On Tuesday of the following week, Raul contacted me and explained the diagnosis. Although I did not like what I heard, I accepted it. Hyundai, not Diamond, has decided to screw customers if they don't move up to Genesis (my words, not Raul's). He said he'd get the car washed and it should be ready within an hour. We went to get our car a few hours later and it had not been washed. This is the fourth time we've not received a free car wash: Twice it was blamed on 'Oh, that guy didn't show up for work today,' and the other excuse was, 'Oh, Palmdale no longer allows us to provide free carwashes. The Service Department's customer reception area at Diamond is subpar at best. It is cramped, located on a thoroughfare, and antiquated. I am currently in a search for a Toyota, because of the treatment and policies by/of Hyundai USA. More
