I originally would have given a 5, however, the service advisor NEVER kept his word. He was supposed to call me the following Tuesday to tell me if my extended warranty would cover my windshield wiper. N advisor NEVER kept his word. Communication: I consider is a primary, key requirement in maintaining a good “service” department. Diamond Ford Lancaster fails at this immensely. The other frustrating experience was their phone system. Constantly having dropped calls or put on hold and being forgotten. Or never returning calls after leaving a message. When picking up the vehicle, it was totally filthy dirty inside and out, primarily from sitting outside waiting for parts that took forever to arrive and finding scratches on the sides from where it was parked. Overall, a very frustrating experience with little to no apology or concern on their part. More
