I originally would have given a 5, however, the service advisor NEVER kept his word. He was supposed to call me the following Tuesday to tell me if my extended warranty would cover my windshield wiper. N advisor NEVER kept his word. Also, I oil change reminder sticker says I need to replace my oil at 72065 miles when my mileage is at 34k lol So now I need to come all the way back to get that corrected. smh More

Communication: I consider is a primary, key requirement in maintaining a good “service” department. Diamond Ford Lancaster fails at this immensely. If your vehicle is in for repair, it should not take over 78 days without initiating any kind of correspondence or reaching out to provide some kind of an update. The other frustrating experience was their phone system. Constantly having dropped calls or put on hold and being forgotten. Or never returning calls after leaving a message. When picking up the vehicle, it was totally filthy dirty inside and out, primarily from sitting outside waiting for parts that took forever to arrive and finding scratches on the sides from where it was parked. Overall, a very frustrating experience with little to no apology or concern on their part. More
