I was introduced to Robert, who took me for a test drive. We drove the truck to my house for my wife to inspect - a thoughtful move that really helped seal the deal. Robert really went to bat for me to ensure I got the deal I wanted. Back at the dealership, David, the finance guy, helped work the numbers to fit my budget and included the warranty I was looking for. Then I met with the finance director, Derek, who was incredibly professional and personable, embodying the values of a respectful, God-loving family man. His service was exemplary. After buying many cars in my lifetime, I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and enjoyable this purchase was. There was no buyer's remorse; instead, it felt like we were buying the car together, not just me being sold to. I give Diamond Chevrolet 10 out of 10 stars. They attempted to do a recall on my Super cruise. While trying to upload new maps, they tried the controller module. I was told that the part was on backorder and would take a while, that was over a While trying to upload new maps, they tried the controller module. When I called to check up on where we were at I was told that it was basically my problem to deal with not theirs That recall had expired and there was nothing that they could do about it. I did get a call back a few minutes after that from someone saying they were going to research it. And I am still waiting for a call back to tell me where they are at with this repair More

Took the truck for break inspection, dropped it off on friday midday nd was ready til wednesday evening.
