Wrong charges! ! Was overcharged and then reviewed by service advisor and charges changed. However, I still thing that I was overcharged. Car 2 electric seat stop fu ! Was overcharged and then reviewed by service advisor and charges changed. However, I still thing that I was overcharged. Car 2 electric seat stop functioning. I checked circuit and it was very hot. Purchased new circuit breaker, I asked service advisor for assistance, he installed circuit breaker but the seats did function. When i got hone I checked the circuit breaker and it very hot, I used a needle nose pliers to removed. He recommended to make a reservation for diagnostic electrical check. I took the car back. The mechanic reinstalled circuit breaker and performed a seat functional task by using the seat switches. The driver seat function normally but the passenger the up and down fail. Mechanic recommended to remove and replace motor. However service advisor called and stated that he could not find a motor. So I went to pay the bill. The charge was $400, I objected. I expressed my concern, how can you charge such amount for restarting a circuit breaker when the seat were removed and motors checked individually for electrical problems including checking the harnesses and fuse box terminals. I still pay $199.00 with reservations. A so call service advisor that had nothing to do with my vehicle stated argued with me. I worked for Buccheits garage for a time and I am aircraft mechanic. He told me that final work order assessment including seat removal to check motor, that was lie. If I as a mechanic installed the circuit breaker and and very was normal with the exception of the up/down problem I would have charged customer $50 instead of $199. That customers relations so the customer return. I spend over $4000 last year on my car. It is expensive but trust diamond chevrolet not no more. More
