I'm of the opinion that 1 star is too much. The service dept sucks xxx. I had 2 issues: 1) Install sporty looking gas & brake pedals. 2) Tire monitor system check light/warning needs to be addr The service dept sucks xxx. I had 2 issues: 1) Install sporty looking gas & brake pedals. 2) Tire monitor system check light/warning needs to be addressed. The pedals were done correctly but the more important issue, the tire monitor system, y'all didn't/couldn't fix. Eddie (service advisor) said that all 4 tire sensors maybe the problem but were on back order and that he would call me as soon as the tire sensors came in. I didn't believe Eddie and I was correct to think so because I'm still waiting for that call from Eddie. On top of that, I had to call in numerous times to check on my truck. Not once did Eddie ever call me. I feel that my truck just sat and sat and nobody really wanted to deal with the tire monitor system issue. I was extremely disappointed when I made my final call to check on my truck, that's when Eddie said my truck was ready to be picked up but it wasn't repaired. What a buzz kill. I'm still driving around with the broken tire monitor system because I haven't had the time to take it somewhere else. I don't have the luxury nor the time to bring my truck in for service because I'm extremely busy. So when I do make time, y'all need to do your job and fix the xxxx thing. Oh and your service guys returned my truck dirty. Who the xxxx does xxxx like that...Oh wait, y'all do. More

Seen a 2018 suburban with a window sticker for $21,988 went in to inquire about it and went through all the credit check got approved and they had the paperwork for $29,988. After talking to the sales man went in to inquire about it and went through all the credit check got approved and they had the paperwork for $29,988. After talking to the sales manager Sam he said it was a mistake and he wouldn't honor the window price. We went through multiple negotiations and he wouldn't come down on the price. Sam came into the room with one shoe on limping after hearing him getting upset so assuming he kicked something. We decided to walk away from the deal because we walked in on false advertisement and we were made to feel like it was our fault. Vinnie came outside while we walked out and he was upset on the phone yelling and cursing at someone to fire the person who put the stickers while ripping the stickers off the window. Needles to say Sam and Vinnie were unprofessional. Our sales man Ruben was absolutely wonderful and helpful. When I spoke to Sam about the experience he got angry said theres the yelp if you want it and walked away. Called and left a voicemail for Director of sales Jason and never heard back from him either. More
