I brought my car in for a problem. I never received any updates and had to go there 4 days later to get an answer. They said the care was done. When I picked up my car, the problem was I never received any updates and had to go there 4 days later to get an answer. They said the care was done. When I picked up my car, the problem was still there. I proceeded to bring the car back. Again, another 4 days with no word, the car still parked in the same place. I had to go there to get any answers. They told me it was going to be this specific part. I ordered the part and returned the car to them. Again, another 4 days with no response from them. Again, I went there and was told that there was another problem, and I needed another part. I ordered that part. The next day I get a call for the service manager saying the car was ready and that I didn't need that part, after I already ordered it. Every time I had to go to the dealer for answers, I was told" I was about ready to call you" and my paperwork was at the bottom of the stack. I got the car back and Quess what, the problem is still there. They also broke a part while doing the work and I had to buy and replace that part. They also left greasy fingerprints all over the hood and front bumper. They also spilt brake fluid on the fender where it meets the engine compartment and now part of the paint is messed up. This is the first and last time I come to this dealership. More

I was very pleased with Eddie, my service associate, whom listened to my concerns and saw to it that they followed through. I left out one star however because I am awaiting my spare fob delivery. Upon purchasing my Trailblazer there was a mix up when they had to pick up my car at the Banning dealership-- one of the fobs was for another Trailblazer on that lot, which has since sold, so they were trying to track that owner down to get my correct fob and give them the incorrect fob I had for my Trailblazer and that one matches their vehicle. I don't understand why I couldn't just get a new reprogrammed fob right there and then when I took my car in for service. I hope I don't loose my one & only fob while I wait. More
