The experience was something I generally enjoy since we have purchased many vehicles over the years and being fans of Chevrolet in meeting our family needs in the past made it that much easier. Don’t really agree with the philosophy of dealer ‘add-ons’ but looking at the big picture of this purchase, in the end, I was able to delete the majority of them albeit it took some effort and it turned out to be an equitable purchase for both parties. A dealership is only as good as its staff and Jonathan, Internet Director, should be credited with the highest rating available. He was responsive, courteous, professional and actively listened to our concerns and we ultimately bought the vehicle due to his efforts. Derek, Finance Director, was very good, too, but the pricing for the Chevrolet Warranties just couldn’t compete with the MOPAR Warranties that provided the same level of coverage. Would have purchased the warranty from Diamond had they been in the ball park of the cost of the MOPAR coverage. I appreciated Derek’s demeanor and he was not high pressure. Overall an excellent experience, staff is top notch, but the dealership needs to get rid of the unwanted dealer add-ons. They are extremely over priced and a major turn off for the customer.
