Any dealership can sell a car, but how your service post sale is telling. I’ve lived in the area for over 21 years and have bought at least 3 trucks from your dealership with the last one June 15, 2024. My sale is telling. A couple of weeks in I realized my truck I traded in had not been paid off. I called and left a message with Freddy the finance manager, no call back. I called Mario, my finance guy, no call back. I sent a message to my salesman and was told the check had been mailed when it had not. I sent another message to him, nothing. I had to make a payment after 3 weeks of nothing. I went in to the dealership, and was told by the business manager you had a computer issue and the check was going out, but they had got another payoff, so since my payment posted it was about $1,000 less than the contract. Two weeks ago the bank received my payoff and was told I would receive a reimbursement check from you for the difference on the contract and the payoff. No communication again from anyone. So I will start the calls to figure it out again. I do not think it’s a customers job to hold a business accountable, you should just have good customer service. We are going to be looking for another car. My wife is looking at gmc Yukon AT4, but we can buy that from any dealership. Your employees already showed their true colors with customer service, and I’m a local returning customer. It’s frustrating to spend so much on a car, and have to fight to get a little customer service. More

The kind of customer service I experience from Ricky in the service department was outstanding. He went above and beyond. He purchased me a Dr. Pepper and a bag of chips from the vending machines.
