Worst service I’ve had there. They left my car running while I was about to leave . He didn’t check the engine thing because he said somebody broke it. You guys were the last ones to service my vehicle. The only ones to be precise so idk what he was talking about. Didn’t want to answer any questions. Was upset I asked to use a different coupon. Asked if I wanted a tire rotation with my oil change. Had me wait n a long time for him to redo the invoice with the better coupon. Told my my car was outside parked far to the back. More

It’s a great dealer except for when I make a service appointment through my Chevrolet app after getting multiple confirmations by email when I show up there’s no such appointment. So is it the Chevrolet appointment through my Chevrolet app after getting multiple confirmations by email when I show up there’s no such appointment.
