Well I don't know where to start. I used to like going to this dealership for service and purchases, but lately they have given really bad service on both ends. I am not sure what is going on with the overal this dealership for service and purchases, but lately they have given really bad service on both ends. I am not sure what is going on with the overall performance of this dealership. Doesn't feel like the customer is first when it comes to this place. They didn't service my vehicle correctly and when I expressed concern they were like oh well. So I guess that I'll have to take my business somewhere else. More
Sold a NEW pre damaged vehicle improperly repaired. Shorted out in my driveway at 322 miles. Their service demolished my paint with a buffer. They gave me options to choose a third party body shop to repair or use their shop. After they demolished the paint with the buffer I opted to use the third party. Because I did not choose them now they say they won’t paint it that it needs because no amount of polish will hide the damage they caused. They scraped actual paint off most the vehicle over 80 percent is ground down by a buffer. This was done at the 7500 mile service. This was done and they failed to fill my coolant that appointment and it was empty. Many other things, sadly. The owners wife is the sweetest lady, I bought two trucks there months apart tried to ride out using the service because it was local. BAD choice. I was told the managers don’t care about customers I thought that was wrong. I was wrong. Just drive 46 miles to get service and it was worth it! More

Incomplete repairs or same issue recurring. Went in to simply add an additional key FOB they deprogrammed the entire car and existing FOB forcing me to buy yet another FOB so they could start over. The last straw is my car just left me stranded over a repair that was done TWICE 4K miles ago. I apparently insulted the service manager when I brought that up and was told to go elsewhere. NO PROBLEM. I vote with my money. So should you. Don’t waste your time and money here. More
THEY ARE A ROTTEN BUNCH OF LIARS & THIEVES... NO INTEGRITY!! I took car in for oil change & service. Oil change NOT completed, (I guess because it is a free service), & now there is fluid or oil drops coming out I took car in for oil change & service. Oil change NOT completed, (I guess because it is a free service), & now there is fluid or oil drops coming out the bottom of the car. The next day, I checked the oil myself. The only oil in the engine was black & thick, like tar. Clearly, NO OIL CHANGE WAS PERFORMED!!! I now have to commute & go back a 2nd time. I called & spoke to Mark, service manager. During our conversation on phone, he tried stating that it was my fault because I hadn't been there in awhile, (I WONDER WHY)?!?!?! He accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY for any wrong doing. When I take car back, I will only allow them to complete the oil change & find the reason for the leak from the bottom. I will be watching EVERY move they make & I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT MESS, EVER AGAIN!!! More

I was conned into buying the most expensive warranty they offer, the salesman explaining it's bumper to bumper and I wouldn't pay a dime! And it's SO convenient because you get a rental car no matter what! Fast forward to today (4 months of owning my truck) and the AC has leaked and flooded my interior. Turns out my "super awesome warranty" somehow doesn't exist and now I have to pay a $200 deductible for them to look at my truck. And the icing on the cake is I have to sit there and wait for them to diagnose the issue and time frame to be fixed before they'll give me a rental car. Because we can all just go into work late, right? So why don't I go talk to the people that sold me the warranty and did my paperwork? Oh because CONVENIENTLY neither of them work there anymore. Talk about getting taken advantage of... what a waste of money for this useless warranty. My actual salesperson was fantastic (not the one that sold the warranty, but the one that sold the actual truck)... so if you decide to come here just skip out on anything extra! More

Absolutely no respect for me the customer never once they blame the adjuster that had to come out at least twice to ok the claim on behalf of there mistake also they were the most rude group of peoplei ever seen in a work place in 45years horrible so it went on for like I said 5 weeks the never took responsibility also never called me the customer also put me on hold ! So here's were get worse I call this manager name BOB KNIGHT wow what a gem this guy was on phone said don't worry tony me the customer I take care of you for bad experience I fill tank up with gas free oil changes so I see this man he acts like tough guy I was with my friend well I almost got into fist fight he treated me with no respect we had to go in office 4 of us now remind you 5weeksi my car was there so I can go on but he never filled tank no free oil changes no nonthing and paid the deductible drove car and still not fixed rite!!! More

I ended up dropping my truck off an hour early, since i had some running around to do with the wife. When i made the appointment they told me an hour and a half if i was to wait for it. So when I drove up I was not greeted by anyone. I walked inside the service dept. And they had on guy working. He was with a customer so I waited, when he was finishing up with his customer a man walked in right past me and started his business of getting his car back. Hello there is a line.... but after all that crap. Which was about 20 minutes. I finally got some help. He told me they will call when its ready. So it was 1pm when i dropped it off. It got till about 4pm and i figured they will be closing at 5. So I went to go see what the deal is. When I got there I was not greeted once again. I stood right in front of a service writer for about 5 minutes. He was on his computer so I waited for him to finish and ask if I need help. But once again NOPE. Once I saw him staring out the window i asked him if he could help me. He said i needed to go to the service writer who wrote me up. So i did. He asked my name and looked through his paperwork and found my truck was done. With no calls. He gave me my keys and said your truck is out there. Nobody pulled it up for me or anything. I will be going back to moss bros from now on. More
