When I was there, getting my oil changed, and it was time to pick.up my car, I drove to the store. Got out of the car. Notice on the side of the driver seat was broke from them sitting on the edge and I’m st to pick.up my car, I drove to the store. Got out of the car. Notice on the side of the driver seat was broke from them sitting on the edge and I’m still waiting for the repair to get done from you guys and I haven’t heard a word yet, also when I was trying to get my car in the gentleman at the service desk was too busy making stickers instead of getting my car in for an oil change and tire rotation done because I had a appointment. And for him to tell me to hold on a second he’s trying to get this done. I stood there and waited too long so I went to the next service station and the young man got me in. That’s ridiculous that’s not Customer Service.!! More
