They set me up to change my brake fluid even though they had only done it 3 1/2 months ago. I caught him. They also did a lot of unnecessary gasket changes. I went in for just an oil change. Came out with a had only done it 3 1/2 months ago. I caught him. They also did a lot of unnecessary gasket changes. I went in for just an oil change. First off it cost $294. 22 for an oil change, air filter and cabin air filter. $140 of that was something called Frigy-Fresh sanitizer that I was not asked if I wanted. The c 22 for an oil change, air filter and cabin air filter. $140 of that was something called Frigy-Fresh sanitizer that I was not asked if I wanted. The cost is outrageous! When we picked up the vehicle my wife complained to Andy about the cost. Andy proceeded to ask if we have been grocery shopping and asked have we seen the price of eggs. When my wife complained about the inflation Andy said “You voted for Trump”. He was not only being political but implying we deserved it for voting for Trump.( He doesn’t know if or who we voted for). My wife told Andy she was offended and asked for his supervisor which he replied “Are you serious.” He claimed to be joking but it didn’t sound like a joke. The supervisor arrived my wife told him what happened and he took no action and said he was late for a meeting. Guess he didn’t have time for us. After the supervisor left and my wife walked out Andy told he would not assist my wife and I in the future and we would need to go to another service advisor instead. In other words he was going to refuse us service. He reiterated he would not provide us service as I began to walk out. I am upset with the hidden $140 cost that we noticed after we got home. Andy did not mention it just told us it was an oil change cabin air filter and engine air filter not the Frigy-Fresh. Total scam! He was also rude injecting politics and commenting on who he assumed we voted for. An employee should never inject politics when dealing with customers and then imply who they voted for. I will never return to this dealer. I called other dealers in the area after this visit and their costs are much lower. The previous service advisors were much friendlier. I would appreciate a phone call on this matter. Eric Peach 951 499 7943. More

If you’re a disabled person with disabilities and you want to be disrespected and made fun of then Diamond Chevrolet is the place to go. I have never been made fun of as I was at the service department want to be disrespected and made fun of then Diamond Chevrolet is the place to go. I have never been made fun of as I was at the service department by this so called service consultant with an attitude, rudeness and disrespect.I am not getting into the specifics as to why this person had to disrespect me and my disability. But I warn you that this dealership is not what it used to be.We were lied to when we purchased our vehicle and then humiliated at the service department when we were told to bring the car in for service with only 2000 miles on it. We faithfully made an appointment bought the car in and rudely said what do you want.(not can I help you sir) but “WHAT DO YOU WANT”. WOW !! still can’t get over it.But we will tell everyone in our community about our experience and our advice about this dealership. “DON’T GO THERE” I won’t mention the name of the this so called service consultant for fear of retaliation. JUST BEWARE!! More

Thought I was going to get ripped off because I have an EV and it’s a dealership. The truth is I got a new battery for the EV and even installation for under 600 bucks. While it’s not exactly a little mone EV and it’s a dealership. The truth is I got a new battery for the EV and even installation for under 600 bucks. While it’s not exactly a little money but it wasn’t bad considering a new EV battery for the 12v is 400 bucks by itself. More
I recently brought my truck to Diamond Chevrolet in banning CA for an oil change and to address a coolant reservoir warning light on my dashboard. After dropping it off, I didn’t hear anything for four banning CA for an oil change and to address a coolant reservoir warning light on my dashboard. After dropping it off, I didn’t hear anything for four days until I received a call saying the truck was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I decided to inspect it. To my surprise, I noticed what appeared to be oil leaking from the newly replaced oil filter. I immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, and they took the truck back into the shop—only to wipe the leaking oil off with a rag rather than actually addressing the issue. To make matters worse, less than an hour after leaving the dealership, the coolant warning light came back on, despite the invoice claiming that the reservoir and sensor had been replaced. This service cost an outrageous $1,100, and yet the original problems remain unresolved. The lack of quality and attention to detail is extremely frustrating, and I’m left questioning whether my vehicle was properly serviced at all. I expected far better from a professional service department. I hope others carefully consider this experience before bringing their vehicle here for service. More
