My Chevy Silverado was in the shop over a month with no communication on how long it was going to take to be fixed. I never got a clear answer what was wrong with it. My service advisor would never commun communication on how long it was going to take to be fixed. I never got a clear answer what was wrong with it. My service advisor would never communicate with me on the status of my vehicle. Hertz was always contacting me saying I needed to return the vehicle I was provided due to my service advisor not communicating with them that I needed the car longer. I was always having to try and reach my advisor so I wouldn’t get charged for the vehicle. Hertz put 4 holds on my debit card until they were able to get a hold of my service advisor to clear the situation up. I was always calling the dealership to get updates on how things were going and would never get a call back. The operator would put notes on my advisors desk to call me back but I never would. When I did get a hold of someone to talk to every employee was completely rude.i asked to speak to a manager and was told they don’t have one. I had to come to the dealership on my day off to see what the status was and finally was able to talk to an advisor that was working. He was able to show me my truck in the shop being worked on and said it would be done within the week. Let alone my engine being replaced then mechanic had parts sitting on top of my tonneau cover. It was flipped up but still I thought that was very unprofessional to put parts on. But This was the first time i was able to get a clear answer on my vehicle. I definitely won’t be back to buy my next truck at this dealership or take it for service. I finally got my truck back close to two months. More

Customer service was good but the wait time for a standard oil change and tire rotation was way too long coming in first thing at 8:30am—1 hr 50 min.
