I brought in my 2023 Colorado due to it being completely dead. I had googled info before bringing it in and apparently it was a software issue causing the battery to complete deplete charge. Service department- couldn’t find my prepaid maintenance plan so I provided them with copies they worked on my vehicle the first time after spending multiple hours in there awaiting approval because they co plan so I provided them with copies they worked on my vehicle the first time after spending multiple hours in there awaiting approval because they couldn’t pull up my vehicle. However, they eventually did work on my vehicle which is a 2024 Duramax 2500 HD. Rolling forward coming in for my second service same thing happened. They couldn’t pull it up. They said that they had to eat the previous bill because they didn’t do any footwork in order to get paid. So with that being said, whenever I went in there for my second service, they didn’t wanna work on my vehicle so I had to call the previous dealership that I purchased my vehicle from get a number from them make a phone call to GM and do all of the footwork for the Right to even be seen. This is complete negligence and poor customer service relations. It’s very unfortunate that this is the closest dealership to me. They don’t wash my vehicle they don’t fill it up with DEF any other dealership washes vehicles and will fill them up with DEF clean a little bit of the interior mediocre wipe down. You would think when you spend $100k on a vehicle they would take care of you a little bit better. More

I received a $50.00 Christmas Gift Card and decided to let your dealership perform the next service. Again, Ricky got me in fast and I was done in less than an hour. Good Job both times. More
