I received an online quote for the car, set an appointment for a test drive, and Went through the Internet sales department. Rick was the salesman. I received an online quote for the car, set an appointment for a test drive, and an appraisal for my trade. I show up for my appointment, RIck has my car parked off to the side and ready to go. I go on a test drive, he gets the keys for my trade and a few hours later I am out the door! I got a fair truecar value for my trade, and Rick found another $750 in rebates. My only complaint about the dealership is that the customer waiting area could use a bigger TV (that is from my kids). More

Oil change, tire rotation & car wash. Complimentary car wash was not very good, there was still grease from the road on the vehicle and the front window still was spotted. My Salesman Raymond went above and beyond to get me into my truck, I Couldn't make a decision and Raymond told me to sleep on it and if I decide in the morning that I want that truck he would personally deliver it to me an hour away. The next morning I made the call to Raymond he got all the paperwork together and told me I'll see you in a hour with a full tank and a washed vehicle DELIVERED TO MY "DOOR" SERVICE. Again above and beyond service ask for Raymond you will not be disappointed thanks again. More
