On Saturday, there was only one service advisor, and while he was great, having only one service advisor on a busy Saturday is not acceptable. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. At my count of people while he was great, having only one service advisor on a busy Saturday is not acceptable. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. At my count of people in line, I was #2, and five others were behind me. A 10% off coupon was offered for Saturday service, but the service adviser would not let me use a second coupon that I had. You should allow two coupons for Saturday service. And only allow one coupon on weekdays. Also, no courtesy transportation was available this Saturday. More
My car was scheduled to have 3 things done, but the day I dropped it off my engine light also coincidentally came on. I dropped it off just before closing so they would get to it first thing next morning and dropped it off my engine light also coincidentally came on. I dropped it off just before closing so they would get to it first thing next morning and have all day to work on it. I was told I’d get it back that next afternoon. I did not get an update call until late afternoon and was told they needed to keep it one more day. When I finally got it back, the engine light problem had not been resolved because they had to wait for a part but they would call me when it got in. 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting for the call. I even called and left a voicemail for the service manager handling my car (two weeks ago) asking for an update but he has not responded. Lastly, one of the repairs that took place when my car was there for two days was to fix my screeching window. But it still screeches. Also, ever since the engine light came on, my remote start doesn’t work which was a real bummer during the hottest week of the year. :( More

Worst service I’ve had there. They left my car running while I was about to leave . He didn’t check the engine thing because he said somebody broke it. Asked if I wanted a tire rotation with my oil change. Had me wait n a long time for him to redo the invoice with the better coupon. Told my my car was outside parked far to the back. More
It’s a great dealer except for when I make a service appointment through my Chevrolet app after getting multiple confirmations by email when I show up there’s no such appointment.
