General Manager was instrumental in saving the deal & making this deal go through smoothly. Additionally, finance manager was very professional and explained everything in detail. Some Sales people brag to be in business for over 30 years. Though it reflects in their voice but in reality they over Sale themselves. And not pay attention to the needs of customers. I hope they take this review as a constructive criticism and pay attention to some valuable lesson. Overall, it was a very good buying experience! More

The salesman could not remember me on follow up. Dude- you dodge me for two weeks and then call me to see if I want to buy when you won't return the calls and emails about the car I already bought from you? That is some great customer service. More
