I worked most of this deal through email. Jose was fairly responsive and in the end we were able to agree on price sight unseen based on the carfax. The deal was otd price and I said I’d be paying cash. I live in San Diego and they are in Banning. Per our agreement, I said I would call/email when we were on our way. I didn’t not get a hold of Jose but left a message with Yiselda. As we’re driving she calls back and let’s me know the car isn’t on site and at their other location. I said we are about an hour out and she said it should arrive in 1.5-2hrs. I said we’ll get lunch while we wait and call me when the car is in. 2hrs later no call. I call and ask for Jose or Yiselda and was put on hold for 30mins. Yiselda finally comes on and says the car is still 40 mins out. So we wait at the outlet mall even longer. Finally get the call the car is in. I ask Jose to prepare any paperwork so he asks for a pic of license and insurance. We get to the dealership 20mins later. Surprise, no paperwork ready. He the. Draws it up after another 20 mins and them passes it over to finance. I didn’t understand why since we are paying cash but process is process. We wait at least another 30mins to an hour. I didn’t see any other customers before us but maybe they were in the back. We finally speak to Freddy who was pretty efficient as we counted out the cash and signed paperwork. We finally get out of there with the car. I’ve bought several cars in my lifetime. I know it takes awhile to go through the process but the biggest disappointment was that Jose did not tell me the car wasn’t on site. Had he told me, we would’ve planned our day different. I 100% understand they won’t ship a car to a site unless you’re physically at the dealership willing to deal so I didn’t expect them to have the car transferred without me being there BUT they should habe been up front about it. I could have gone directly to their other location or came even early to show good faith. Sorry to Yiselda for being a little upset. It wasn’t her fault and I toom a little out on her. Freddy was great. Jose might have been “busy” but no other customers were around. The deal should have been done a lot sooner but it took way longer than expected. More

Customer service was good but the wait time for a standard oil change and tire rotation was way too long coming in first thing at 8:30am—1 hr 50 min.
