I took my truck in for a preventive maintenance and it came out doing everything i wanted to prevent by doing a tranny flush. Some days its almost un-drive-able. When you slow down and going from 2nd to 1st it jerks really bad. I swear my driveshaft is going to break off. Ive even had drivers next to me ask if everything was OK. I only experienced a couple of shuttering issues every now and then. And i had one weird hard stop about 2 weeks before i took my truck in. Now i'm afraid to get stuck in traffic because no matter how i drive it. When it goes from 2nd to 1st, it jumps forward and feels like someone just ran into the back of the truck. it didn't do any of this before i took the truck in. And when I called and asked if this was normal to happen right after this service. i was told to bring it in and they can diagnose the issue, for a charge of course. perfectly good truck is basically destroyed now, afraid to drive it. Rick Gill provided excellent service in the ordering and delivery of my 2024 Colorado ZR2. This is the first time I have placed an order to build a vehicle from the ground up. I have contacted two other de delivery of my 2024 Colorado ZR2. This is the first time I have placed an order to build a vehicle from the ground up. I have contacted two other dealerships and because of allocation issues they could not provide the service I requested. I contacted Rick and he indicated that allocations are an issue in today’s market (coming out of Covid). Rick followed up with his dealership and called back to start my ordering process. After several months my vehicle was built and delivered. Rick provided excellent service from beginning to delivery. I couldn’t be happier. He explained many of the options on the vehicle that I wasn’t familiar with (other options were the same as the ones on my 2023 Corvette). My overall experience with Rick and Diamond Chevrolet is one the best I have ever experienced, including the finance department (and the we all know how that can be). I knew what I was after! they open the doors to the vehicles they let me see what I needed to see.
