Poor service and poor quality from all staff never thought I would be one to complain but here we are check my truck in numerous times to have it fixed countless times they told me it was repaired. I took my truck in for a preventive maintenance and it came out doing everything i wanted to prevent by doing a tranny flush. Some days its almost un-drive-able. When you slow down and going from 2nd to 1 came out doing everything i wanted to prevent by doing a tranny flush. Some days its almost un-drive-able. When you slow down and going from 2nd to 1st it jerks really bad. I swear my driveshaft is going to break off. Ive even had drivers next to me ask if everything was OK. I only experienced a couple of shuttering issues every now and then. And i had one weird hard stop about 2 weeks before i took my truck in. Now i'm afraid to get stuck in traffic because no matter how i drive it. When it goes from 2nd to 1st, it jumps forward and feels like someone just ran into the back of the truck. it didn't do any of this before i took the truck in. And when I called and asked if this was normal to happen right after this service. i was told to bring it in and they can diagnose the issue, for a charge of course. perfectly good truck is basically destroyed now, afraid to drive it.
