They set me up to change my brake fluid even though they had only done it 3 1/2 months ago. I caught him. They also did a lot of unnecessary gasket changes. I went in for just an oil change. The dealership is nice and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately they are not able to fix my vehicle which i have taken in for the 3rd time for the same reason. I have never been made fun of as I was at the service department by this so called service consultant with an attitude, rudeness and disrespect.I am not getting into the specifics as to why this person had to disrespect me and my disability.But I warn you that this dealership is not what it used to be.We were lied to when we purchased our vehicle and then humiliated at the service department when we were told to bring the car in for service with only 2000 miles on it. We faithfully made an appointment bought the car in and rudely said what do you want.(not can I help you sir) but “WHAT DO YOU WANT”. WOW !! still can’t get over it.But we will tell everyone in our community about our experience and our advice about this dealership. “DON’T GO THERE” I won’t mention the name of the this so called service consultant for fear of retaliation.
