This is the very first time I have taken my car in for the oil change, where they told me everything was good. My windshield wipers were not fine they needed replacing and the back wipe was hanging off. the oil change, where they told me everything was good. That was not like that before, it worked perfectly - it would stay up until I closed it. I bought my vehicle there and have always had repairs and oil changes there, but I was disappointed with the quality of work my car received. More
The Staff is supper, but after 4 or 5 attempts to cure the problem, it has not been resolved. We really like XT6, but wright now we're thinking of turning it into the Lemon Law experts. This place is the worst! Worked on my GMC Sierra twice and could not fix it. First time they had it they replaced a part (took two days) and it was better but still not rig Worked on my GMC Sierra twice and could not fix it. First time they had it they replaced a part (took two days) and it was better but still not right. They then told me the new part was bad and that it was now on backorder. Went 3 weeks before I found out that the part came in within 5 days and was never informed by the service rep. They then had my truck for another 5 days (no offer of a rental car either time even when requested). Got my truck back and it was exactly the same as it was when I dropped it off 5 days earlier. Service rep and technician lied to my face when they told me it was fixed. I knew it wasn't fixed within 10 miles of driving it. I suspect that they did absolutely no work this second time except to drive it 20 miles and reset the codes right before giving it back to me. It was very difficult to get a hold of anyone there except for the poor parts guy who always answers the phone and has to forward calls and hear frustrated people. I also overheard a lot of this while in the waiting room. I will not return to any Diamond dealership and will share my story with every GMC owner I run into. I have run into that with several GMC owners since and wish they or someone else would have warned me sooner! More
A train wreck of an experience. Took my car due to finding spots on the driveway. Tech said I needed a new condenser, radiator, oil change and brakes. About three weeks later I’m to Took my car due to finding spots on the driveway. Tech said I needed a new condenser, radiator, oil change and brakes. About three weeks later I’m told it’s ready and I pick it up. I tell the rep I have to be picked up by a specific time and he says their shuttle we’ll get me. He goes to lunch and doesn’t order the shuttle. I finally get there told him what a hurry I was now in but I sit there for over an hour as they did not complete the brakes. I pay for everything and I leave. Oil lights come on. They drained my oil and didn’t fill it up! Go back the next day and show them and they fix it. I ask for a refund since this absolutely ridiculous. I am told the check is in the mail, they even verified my address to send the check too. 2 months later still no check. I I am told repeatedly manager is gone. I asked for the owner’s name and number to settle this and I’m told the owner is not reachable. I’m transferred to a manager that does not exist. I finally go in last week and talked to a new manager and I am told that refunds are essentially never done at the dealership. He has no idea why I was told that I was getting a refund and said that he would text me Friday night and let me know what my credit would be on my account at the dealership. It is now Tuesday afternoon and I have yet to hear from him. If there was a way to give a zero rating I would do that. More
I rated 1 star due to I scheduled service for a oil change and I a noise I was hearing. Joey talked me into have 90000 miles maintainance and they never addressed the issue with the noise. And after paying 1400.00 I asked him what about noise and he stated if you hear bring vehicle back. So I did and found out I need mounts on my car thats why I'm hearing noise and it would be 2700.00 to fix problem. I really feel taken advantage of and over charged.
