Service brake monitor light went offf. I lnow my brakes were showing 60% front, 80% rear prior to the monitor going out. Went in for oil/fuel filter change. Tech said front brakes at 3mm. Recomends new brake pads. Wrong, i knew i didnt need new pads. That tech went on lunch. Had a different tech take tires back of and measure in front of me. Fronts were at 5mm. No nee pads needed. If you dont have brake monitors, dont try to sell me $400 brake pads that are not needed. Talked with service manager. Tech blatantly lied. Know these new trucks are glitchy, have known issues(transmission valve body). Im going to need to bring it in, but dont lie to me. Dont have customer service that pushes people away. More
I brought my car in around 1:00 for a routine service check and I stayed in the waiting area. After about 30 minutes Natalie came and told me that they had found a small leak in my oil pan and asked if check and I stayed in the waiting area. After about 30 minutes Natalie came and told me that they had found a small leak in my oil pan and asked if I wanted them to repair it and that it would take a couple of hours. I said okay and they got a lyft to take me home. After several hours I tried calling back to see when my car would be ready but they had closed at 5. I never received a called to tell me that they needed to keep my car overnight, which I was furious about because I had plans for the evening and I needed my car. Apparently the seal had to sit and dry for 10 hours before the car could be driven. I would have at least appreciated a phone call letting me know of the delay! More
Took 38 days to fix a transmission cooling line. Unacceptable.
