Great Shopping Experience I was dreading shopping for a new car because I didn't want to deal with all the pressure and negotiating with salesmen at the dealership. I can't believe how smooth and easy the process turned out to be! We agreed on a price over email (a price quite a bit lower than the other dealerships quoted me), I made an appointment and everything was ready at the agreed upon time. The paperwork was all drawn up fast, I wasn't pressured into buying clear coat paint or any extras. The whole experience was really positive and I'll be back when it is time to replace our other car. They finished up my car within an hour when it was scheduled to take up to two hours. They drove me home and picked me up and made it the easiest process. He told me to come right in and would sort it out and I got a ride into walnut creek and was only a little late for my celebratory lunch. The service guys did not go for the major option I was expecting and even was fine with - 4 new tires...
