He was very professional, not overly salesy, and was very transparent with their numbers. I also got a fair evaluation of my trade-in that I used towards my new car. I paid cash for the difference, didn't use financing, though Subaru is running a special promo on the Outbacks. It was worth the drive! This last time, I was planning to skip ahead to my last pre-paid service since the time on it was about to expire. But the service manager told me to do the regular service, and they would honor the pre-paid service when I hit the correct mileage, despite the expiration date. I was so grateful! Plus, they always have my car finished at or before the estimated time of completion. I plan to continue having service there even after my pre-paid appointments are done. More
