Service Needed Because Oil Light Came On The lack of good phone service in and out of the dealership was a challenge, but Taylor did everything in his power to take care of me. I was unable The lack of good phone service in and out of the dealership was a challenge, but Taylor did everything in his power to take care of me. I was unable to get a message to the Service Dept. that I was having my 2011 Outback towed in, and when I was ready for a shuttle pickup at the end of my work day, I was unable to reach anyone at the dealership to order a ride back. Thankfully, a friend was able to take me back over. Taylor had not received either of the 2 voicemails I had left for him, but he expedited getting my car washed and up to the temporary service drop-off/pick-up area. So far the work done seems to have fixed the problem I was having (which may have been caused by a rat that got up into the engine several days earlier). More
