Our sales person Dionysios, the General Manager and the Finance guy made our whole experience of buying a new car not only painless but actually enjoyable. My husband and I have bought many new vehicles a Finance guy made our whole experience of buying a new car not only painless but actually enjoyable. My husband and I have bought many new vehicles and we always hated the sales process! Over the years we have become hardened and jaded to the whole new car sales process, so we entered this dealership with caution, as well as a well earned chip on our shoulders. Dionysios was careful to listen to our needs and pick up on our verbal cues and body language. He easily disarmed our concerns and addressed what was important to us. He skillfully matched the comfort level of our sales process and didn't lead us down a traditional sales path we are uncomfortable with. He didn't waste our time. We were up front with what we wanted and he was upfront on earning our business. We found the General Manager very personable, and a stand up guy, We felt he addressed our needs quickly and made it a win win for us (the customer) and Subaru. Our Finance guy was friendly, and explained to us what we were singning before we signed. He was not condescending like others we experienced at past dealerships just because we didn't purchase all the extras that were explained and offered. More
