I had a good experience with the service department. I have received good service during my 6 appointments that I purchased as part of my car acquisition in 2019. Hope the same level of service occurs w I have received good service during my 6 appointments that I purchased as part of my car acquisition in 2019. Worst dealer ship ever they printed up a we owe you form for my brakes when I bought the car from them as they had notes on the brakes being worn still waiting to hear back. We had a great experience. Our salesman was not pushy, ver knowledgeable. Though it was very late at night, no one rushed us, made us and our young kids feel very comfortable. This is the worst car dealership I've ever been to. I'm in my 40s, I know the annoying aspects of buying a car, but customer service does not exist here. First we left the used lot to go to the new car I'm in my 40s, I know the annoying aspects of buying a car, but customer service does not exist here. First we left the used lot to go to the new car lot where financing was. We sat for over 2 hrs without anyone speaking to us. I had to hunt down the salesman, he said 15 min, it was an hour. We had driven 5 hours, never had a chance to eat because no one could be human enough to say, he guys you've been here for hours, you must be hungry. You still have a while, go get some food and we'll call you when it's about time. We weren't even offered water during that time. My dads 70 and only months out of cancer treatment. No respect for the elderly either. The finance manager called him brotha...excuse me? I bought a used plugin hybrid. I pointed out that it was missing the charging cable. The sales manager took me to his computer so that I could give my go ahead on a replacement/used factory cable. After being ignored for 10 days, by two sales managers, no one would call me back to tell me where the cable was. Today, day 11, I get to the GM. Hours and hours later he calls me back to explain, the cable never got ordered...but one has been ordered now, and it's coming straight to my home. He emails me a confirmation of a knock off charging cable made in China off Amazon. I paid asking price for the car, I bought a warranty...and then on the 11th day of being totally xxxxed around...the GM thinks the solution is to not provide me a used factory cable as agreed? To top of it, the Chinese crap draws 16a...my breaker is 15a.. The factory cable is 15a, I verified this before buying the car. Who does one turn to in this situation. No one seems concerned with doing the right thing...I seriously can't believe after alllll this xxxxxxxx, the GM ordered a Chinese charging cable....unreal. More
Be aware of the salesperson in here they will try to stick their hands on your pockets. I took my car because it had a little noise on one of the coils (suspension) I have a warranty on it I ask for the stick their hands on your pockets. I took my car because it had a little noise on one of the coils (suspension) I have a warranty on it I ask for them to call them for this problem. They said they check the car and they spend 4 hours on it just to look at the suspension 😂 and the warranty wasn’t going to pay for it, I believe them so they pull $400 out of my pocket. They told me that if I wanted to change the coils it was going to cost me $6200 they also said that it was something that need it to be done right away or get rid of the car😏 the car is a 2015 Subaru BRC, they just wanted to take my money 😏. Or buy my card for a very low cost. A few days after I call the warranty and ask them why they didn’t wanted to cover this parts and they said that Subaru personnel NEVER call them. Bottom line I will never EVER bring my car here again. By the way I took the car to Big O tire on concord avenue and they charge $1500 to the warranty 😳 nothing out of my pocket. JUST BE AWARE of subaru in Walnut Creek Don’t let them tell you that your car is a peace of junk so you sell it to them for nothing and get a new one from their dealer. Or replace parts for $6200 when you can foot somewhere else for $1400. The employee name is MASON. More

Be wary of buying or ordering a vehicle from here. We ordered a vehicle and we were lead to believe that the price would remain the same as when we ordered it. The vehicle came in after 3 months and wit ordered a vehicle and we were lead to believe that the price would remain the same as when we ordered it. The vehicle came in after 3 months and without our knowledge the dealership added an extra 6,000 dollars of unwanted items. The dealer told us that if we were not willing to pay this extra 6,000 dollars we shouldn't be buying a car right now. The arrogance and callousness was appalling. More
