As it turned out, on the day of the appointment my adviser, Dennis Sheehan, told me everything would be taken care of that day...literally. No need to keep the car; all the work would be completed same-day. Imagine my surprise and delight. The walk-away for me is a reaffirmation of the quality of service at Diablo Subaru, both customer service and vehicle service. The Service Dept. staff performs in a professional manner and with a friendly, courteous, and very attentive attitude. I was especially impressed by Dennis' knowledgeable explanation of what I could expect to be accomplished and the recommendations for future work.
