When I picked up my Outback, I saw a tag hanging from the rear view mirror saying that my car was washed! Needless to say I was overjoyed and pleasantly surprised. I have recommend Diablo Subaru to all my friends and family. Thank you!!!! More

Friendly, warm service I purchased my first new car here at Diablo Subaru of Walnut creek, as they had the model and color that I was after. We had cut to the chase for numbers after I had test driven vehicles the past few weekends. Regardless, Garen answered all my questions and gave me a plethora of information about maintenance, performance, proper upkeep, and all the bells and whistles the car had. He had enthusiasm about Subaru's cars, and was obvious through his depth of knowledge and quick responses to all of my questions that I received along with generous offers of snacks and beverages he had ready. When it came to price negotiations, it was not like working with a brick wall. Other dealerships didn't budge at all when it came to this step, claiming that the car was in high demand and that they could easily make profit off the vehicle-- not something that would make a buyer want to pay their hard earned money for. Garen worked with me and we had come to a price we both agreed to. Afterwards and while all the paperwork was being processed, Garen kept us company and talked even more about the car, suggesting ways to ensure that the car would last me a long time and about the safety and confidence I could have when driving anywhere. He made me feel very confident with my purchase, as well as excited to take my new car out on the road. Garen also buffed out a small scratch I had spotted on the paint after the car was detailed. Days after he has kept in contact, ensuring that I was happy with my purchase and had everything else I needed. On top of this, I was contacted by Christeen who called to check up on me and ensure that I also had a great experience at Diablo Subaru. Overall, my car buying experience at Diablo Subaru was exceptional. It felt more like a service, rather than a business transaction. They definitely went above and beyond. More

Customer Service TOP NOTCH! I had to wait a month to get an appt. for the airbag recall and was told by Mary that the service would take 2 hours. Dennis, my service rep. got it down to 4 hours and offered me a ride home. Alise, the driver was wonderful and really knows how to avoid traffic! Several people checked that I was being helped. The car was ready in 4 hours and Alise picked me up at my door. It was a very positive experience and I appreciate the extra effort made to get the job done correctly and I can now have a front seat passenger! More
