Unfortunately I did not get to learn as much as I needed so when I first got into the car the next morning to go to work I didn't know how to start it so I set my driveway for 15 minutes trying to figure it out when I accidentally hit the brake and it started. That was just the first of many incidents that I came across while trying to figure this car out. I finally got everything straightened out I did everything I needed to do. Pairing my radio with my phone pretty much how to use most of the buttons inside the car there are still two that elude me but I'll ask the dealership when I come in next Saturday. Otherwise I'm very happy I love all the gadgets and I love the color. More

Larry stayed late on a Friday night (after closing) to get the deal finalized. Everyone I have encountered has been great. The detailed my car a week later and everyone was very friendly to deal with. The parking situation is a little crazy at this time because they are completely redoing their showroom. More

When I bought a new Outback last year and brought my stepson in for a used Forester last month, they were pleasant, no BS experiences. I would recommend Diablo to anyone, especially through Costco. I needed to be somewhere in 20 minutes after dropping my car off, they were able to get me there right on time. Waiting room was filled with free good quality snacks and drinks which is a huge plus!! They also warned me about another issue that is going to need service soon on my car that I was unaware of, which was very helpful. The wait time to get an appointment here is long but it's totally worth it. More

David Nevitt from Diablo Subaru was the first to contact me to explain how the program works. He checked their inventory and gave me a firm price over the phone on the exact model and color I was looking for. Because of his knowledge and information I changed my schedule and agreed to drive from my home in San Jose to Walnut Creek to see the car. David greeted me when I arrived. I test drove the car and even looked at another couple options just to make sure I was happy with my purchase. David answered all my questions and made me feel totally comfortable with my decision. I am a single woman and in the past have had some high pressure experiences with car dealers but never felt any pressure at Diablo Subaru. I took advantage of the Subaru zero percent interest rate on my new car and found my experience with Matt Gregory in the credit department an equally easy process. Before I left in my beautiful new Subaru Outback, David sat in the car with me and explained how everything worked.
