Great Service with a few improvements needed. Taylor and the rest of the team went above and beyond to get the work done on my Outback in time for my son to drive to Davis. The only criticism I might have is that (1) I had to call multiple times to get updates and (2) when I called the front desk it was only answered one out of four times. Computer panel problems We brought the Forester in without an appointment because the computer panel lit up for no apparent reason. Taylor, the service rep, was great. He r We brought the Forester in without an appointment because the computer panel lit up for no apparent reason. Taylor, the service rep, was great. He read the panel, asked if there was anything else we needed, (time set on clock and car wash) and promised to have my car back as soon as possible. My Forester was done later that afternoon, computer problem diagnosed , panel reset, car washed, and the clock reset to daylight time for me. Taylor explained the cause of the problem and how to avoid it in the future. All very helpful Thumbs up! More
