Great Service with a few improvements needed. Taylor and the rest of the team went above and beyond to get the work done on my Outback in time for my son to drive to Davis. The only criticism Taylor and the rest of the team went above and beyond to get the work done on my Outback in time for my son to drive to Davis. The only criticism I might have is that (1) I had to call multiple times to get updates and (2) when I called the front desk it was only answered one out of four times. On the other hand all messages left with Taylor directly were answered and responded to. The car is working fine and is even clean! :-) Thanks! More

I also purchased a Forester for my Mother at this dealersh I purchased my 2005 Subaru WRX STi from Diablo Subaru and had a positive buying experience. I also purchased a Forester for my Mother at this dealership. Since then I've been taking my car to Diablo Subaru Walnut Creek for almost all of my maintenance. I believe Taylor Gaddis was initially a driver, mechanic and then became a Service Advisor. He has consistently shown to be knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of my car problems and repairs. Computer panel problems We brought the Forester in without an appointment because the computer panel lit up for no apparent reason. Taylor, the service rep, was great. He r We brought the Forester in without an appointment because the computer panel lit up for no apparent reason. Taylor, the service rep, was great. He read the panel, asked if there was anything else we needed, (time set on clock and car wash) and promised to have my car back as soon as possible. My Forester was done later that afternoon, computer problem diagnosed , panel reset, car washed, and the clock reset to daylight time for me. Taylor explained the cause of the problem and how to avoid it in the future. All very helpful Thumbs up! More
