He really listened. During the test drive he explained all the new features and how they worked. After the purchase was finished, he didn't just hand us the keys. He spent at least another 45 minutes with us going over this car and the features so thoroughly that we were completely comfortable with the car before leaving the dealership. (He also programmed our garage remote!) More

Permaplate appointment I arrived at 9 for my appointment and, thought the service parking area is very full and a bit of a jigsaw getting in and out, I was being taken care I arrived at 9 for my appointment and, thought the service parking area is very full and a bit of a jigsaw getting in and out, I was being taken care of immediately. The paperwork only took a few minutes, mostly to get a loaner car lined up, and I was back out the door in an Outback within about 15 minutes. I called later in the day and unfortunately had to wait on hold for quite a while but eventually all was good, and I picked up the car at 4:30 and again, only took 10 minutes to turn around with my Crosstrek. The Permaplate service looks amazing - like the day I drove it off the lot, only even shinier and the guarantee is that, if anything gets spilled in the car, they get it out as part of the service, With kids, that is a great bonus. More
I enjoy working with Subaru! I was having problems with my Subaru Hybrid Crosstrek, which was diagnosed as problems with the hybrid battery and the other battery. Even though I w I was having problems with my Subaru Hybrid Crosstrek, which was diagnosed as problems with the hybrid battery and the other battery. Even though I was just out of warranty, both were replaced at no charge. Staff are courteous and they tried to make sure I was not inconvenienced with having my car at the service center for a week. (We have just the one vehicle). Would definitely recommend. I have now bought a new Subaru. More
