I had a beyond wonderful experience. I met this most kind staff member who was my service attendent. His name was Eric and he went way beyond his normal duties. When you 86 and there is a stratch on your car you are very sensitive about what people are thinking about your driving. You need an elevator from servicing to where the customers sit. The stairs are dangerous for handicap people and the steep driveway is not an acceptable alternative. The sales reps were fantastic when I bought my car. The service attendants not so much. They did not have the same level of courtesy and attention, and I waited 2.5 hours only for them to tell me they The service attendants not so much. Friendly staff , I made an appointment on Saturday for an early morning on Monday . I had an issue with an electrical wire to my alternator, that was connected to the wire harness.
