Would definitely not recommend, and I would also caution anyone going in. Recently bought a used Lexus from this dealer. Sales person showed me a bunch of paperwork for stuff they did, including changin anyone going in. Recently bought a used Lexus from this dealer. Sales person showed me a bunch of paperwork for stuff they did, including changing the shocks. We take the car for a drive and I flag that shocks don’t feel replaced to me. Sales person checks with manager and assures me. Fine. A couple weeks later I get the car checked at the Lexus dealer. All 4 shocks are leaking. I call the dealer to explain and settle. They tell me that they didn’t actually perform that bit of maintenance and they don’t know why the sales person told me that. The sales person is also out on leave or something, but they know the shocks were flagged for replacement. My point was: why would a sales person show me something that has to be done when trying to sell me something? Basically they can’t help me and they blame it on their employees. No responsibility taken. I’m not nickel and diming them here, i just want them to take responsibility for something their employee said and make this up to me. For anyone wanting to do business here, I suggest recording your interaction and taking pictures of everything. And best of luck. More
