The service department has went through some changes (owner or staff, or both have changed). It used to be a place where I could trust the advisers (in mid 2019), but now it's different. I scheduled a (owner or staff, or both have changed). It used to be a place where I could trust the advisers (in mid 2019), but now it's different. I scheduled a visit for a regular service on the web site (with the list of services as per the owner's manual service schedule), but the adviser tried to up-sell me and included the "preventative" services (not listed in the owners manual by the car maker). Like AC system cleaning, wheels alignment, fuel system cleaning, engine crank cover cleaning and some others (for around $840-850). Despite the fact that I asked for a regular list if services for a specific mileage (which was around $130). Right next to me one old lady was scammed the same way (same services and same price). I understand, that it's a hard time for everyone, but it's not an excuse for up-selling customers. They also may be experiencing hard time right now. I will not be returning to this specific service department, since I lost my confidence in the advisers' honesty and quality of the services. More

The service we received went beyond expectations. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had the car ready for a test drive before my arrival, which I live 2 hours away.
