Ms. Picioccio was absolutely amazing to work with;. friendly, courteous, professional, and went over and above to make sure I would drive out of the dealership with a new car and lease, which she did!!! I did not feel pressured into something I did not want nor did I feel embarrassed about what we could and could not afford. My husband and I came in near closing and did not finish up until 1.5 to 2 hours after closing. No one rushed us or made us feel bad for keeping them past closing. Very quick and helpful This is a small but beautiful looking dealership from the service center to the sales department to the cars! I don't know why people still underestimate KIA cars they are at the top of their game and the only thing beating them is their sales people. Mike VanSomeren was a gentleman as was the salesman Kenny Arias, they treated us with respect the whole way and got us out of there before we were starving and begging to leave like we've done at dealerships in the past. I will continue renewing my leases here from now on so long as Difeo KIA has a staff like these two. More
