After many failed attempts to purchase a Kia Telluride at several other dealerships, I came across my desired model at DiFeo. I called (spoke with Mike the manager)and scheduled an appointment for the same d several other dealerships, I came across my desired model at DiFeo. I called (spoke with Mike the manager)and scheduled an appointment for the same day and verified that the vehicle was still there and not sold or leased yet. The sales agent assigned to me by Mike was Sammy Chow who immediately called me while I was still home ready to depart to the dealership. He was very nice on the phone and told me he was getting the SUV to park it out front for me to see and told me not to rush and be careful driving down there. Needless to say, Sammy was absolutely wonderful. He thoroughly explained most everything about the SUV and had all the paperwork in order. He made my wife and I feel welcome and a part of the "DiFeo" family. He also did not nickel and dime us with extras we did not need. Jen was ready when I arrived. Since my vehicle has low mileage, she said that it propably would not take an hour. We all know buying a car can be a tedious process and time consuming. Well I went in just to see if I could make something work that I wasn’t planning on. I was greeted happily by Sammy Chow -I told him time consuming. Well I went in just to see if I could make something work that I wasn’t planning on. I was greeted happily by Sammy Chow -I told him what I could and couldn’t do-what I wanted and didn’t want and I felt like he listened and didn’t seem to undermine me. Sammy and the DiFeo team somehow made it work, despite the little bit higher payment than I’d like, I drove home in a 2020 Kia Sportage in less than 3 hours.
