We purchased a certified 2021 Telluride here and it was by far the worst car buying experience of the 30+ cars I've purchased in my lifetime. They tried to tack on a $1695 certification charge, $299 vin et by far the worst car buying experience of the 30+ cars I've purchased in my lifetime. They tried to tack on a $1695 certification charge, $299 vin etching, and $695 doc fee all on top of the advertised price. After some negotiation, we agreed on price and made the 3 hour drive to come buy the car. Arrived and the car was covered in acid rain (they told me it went through "reconditioning"), had multiple scratches that were not disclosed, and the rear bumper valance was gashed. Mind you that they may be acceptable for a used lower price car, but not on a $42,000 certified pre-owned vehicle. The salesman (Joey) would not offer to fix any of it, and after almost walking out, the sales manager finally agreed to fix ONLY the rear valance. I also filled out the online credit application and Joey assured me that they should be able to match our credit union's interest rate. They came back 2-3% higher in interest, and because it was a Saturday, I couldn't arrange anything else. We ended up refinancing and leaving with the car, feeling utterly defeated and frustrated. I contacted Joey many times after the sale asking where our replacement parts were that they promised, only to be ghosted by him since we had already signed paperwork and he got the sale. The whole process was a nightmare from start to finish, so I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle here. More
