Dear hello123, I deeply regret that you had a negative experience here at Dewey Griffin, especially with anything in which I was personally involved. Please know that my intent was only to offer you service. We are proudly a member of both Dealer Direct Lending and Credit Union Direct Lending, which enables us to both offer and finalize loans from many fine Banks and Credit Unions, including yours. Pre-approvals are forwarded to us and we prepare the loan documents so you can take immediate delivery of your vehicle. This process always saves time, may save loan origination fees and occasionally will save a little interest. There were never any false statements made. However, that being said, you were obviously offended by something I said or did, and for that I am sorry. I would never have intentionally been rude or insulting, it truly is not my nature, and I would never want a customer to feel less than valued. More importantly, I would never want an action of mine to cause a negative impression of this Dealership. I have worked here for many years, and it is a wonderful organization, full of honest, caring people. We work hard to take care of both our customers and our community.
