Extended waranty Bought the expensive extended waranty. Had an issue. Will NEVER do business with this Dealership AGAIN! Our ordeal with this dealership began last year when we purchased a vehicle from this dealership at the beginning of October 2018. We were supposed to Our ordeal with this dealership began last year when we purchased a vehicle from this dealership at the beginning of October 2018. We were supposed to receive our spare key in a couple weeks over the mail after purchasing the vehicle. We made several calls to schedule a time when we could pick it up or even get someone to let us know what the deal was with that. Today i went in there to get service on the vehicle (a simple oil change and car wash) and to inquire about the key which we never got. They stated that it would take 30 to 45 minutes for us to get this done. I sat there for over three and a half hours to only get an oil change no car wash and to be told ONCE AGAIN that my key would be sent over the mail. This is by far the WORST customer service i have ever seen or experienced when dealing with a car dealership. Needless to say i would not recommend anyone to purchase the additional package for free service on your vehicle unless you want to waste an entire afternoon drinking cheap coffee and eating stale popcorn. More
