I have bought several vehicle from this dealership. My most recent, a 2011 Ford F350 Crew Cab Lariat 4x4 is a real home run. These guys definately have their act together and know their business. I traded my 2010 F150 Crew Cab Lariat in on this one. It was a real nice truck but I need a heavy tow vehicle now. We are getting a large camper soon. The F150 would not handle the weight of the fifth wheel. I have a 2010 Fusion Sport All wheel Drive as well that my wife drives. This is our second Fusion as well from Dewey. Service before, during and after the sale is top notch. Whenever we use the service department they know my whole family by first name. Just a great store with great people running it. More
I started working with Georgios Symeonidis and ended my sales decision working with Jacob Madsen. Jacob is the reason I purchased the Ford Fusion I did. I wanted a different Fusion, but Jacob was great to work with and I purchase the vehicle because he convinced me. Georgios was very busy when I came in and looked at used vehicles with him. Jacob got me to look at the 2011 Fusion. Everyone was great as indicated above but when I sat with Doug (one of the Sales Managers) to hammer out the financial deal, it was not good. Doug and I did not do well, and that is why I rated the "Quality of Work" as "OK". Todd Prall, another Sales Manager, came in when Doug and I were loudly talking to one another and saved the deal because I was ready to walk out. Doug was rude and did not listen when I told him his calculation were incorrect. I was only going to pay a certain dollar amount for the Fusion and I wanted a certain amount for my Mazda trade-in. I had done my research prior to coming to the dealership. Everything else was "great" as I rated it. I have now purchased 4 vehicles from Dewey, and I will come back, but I will not work with Doug again and will instead go to Todd Prall. More
Bought previously from this dealership and had good experience also. Close location, conveneitn to get to, and friendly people. I am recently a single mom who is going back to school and working up to 30 hours per week. I have never met a more fantastic group of people, who really wanted to help. No one was pushy and everyone was patient and willing to help. I have never had anyone go out of their way to help me as much as Mark and Rob did. I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Ford Focus. Because of this I can be safe while driving with my daughter and have no worries. Dewey Ford will always be my no 1 dealership. A big thank you to Mark and Rob for making a dream come true!! This is the third Dewey Ford in my family. I have purchased previously from Dewey and know their reputation. Don Avant, sales person, was fantastic. I never felt pressured or hurried and Don was extremely helpful. Don is a very patient person who let me take my time deciding which vehicle I wanted. I leve by myself and I had to take my new car and old car home and Don helped with that by driving one of my vehicles. I grew up in a small town and the experience I had at Dewey Ford felt like a dealer who knew me and who really cared. The sales manager thanked me twice and told me he really appreicated my business and I honestly felt like it was a genuine comment. I would have no problem recommending Dewey Ford. I believe the person who explained the controls of the vehcile was named Scott (I apologize if I don't have hsi name correct)and he did a great job. He also told me if I had any questions or needed help he would make sure to help me. More

I am fresh out of college and bought my first car - a 2011 Fusion SE. I was a little nervous and Ford really took care of me and made me feel at ease. Chris Leo was unbelievably helpful and answered my 2011 Fusion SE. I was a little nervous and Ford really took care of me and made me feel at ease. Chris Leo was unbelievably helpful and answered my e-mails (and I had several) for questions I had about the Ford Fusion within a matter of minutes. He was there to help with anything I needed and it was a great experience. I will definitely be going back to Ford in the future, thanks to Chris. Scott Fluegel also helped assist me with all of the Microsoft Sync features and did a great job and knew exactly what he was doing. More
Dealing with me on my trade in took 2 weeks in getting the deal setup. Then locating the car I wanted and getting from another dealer. Although Denise was the direct salesperson, Mike helped a lot with the aftersale questions and details. He and Denise are exceptional sales people and extremely hard working to help the customer.
