Dewey Ford wrote on 11/26/2010 5:56:01 PM: First let us say we are profusely sorry that the Rieks were less than completely satisfied with their experience here at our dealership. We are sorry that we gave the perception of pressuring them to buy additional products. These products are offered to all of our customers complying to our mandated policy. The majority of our customers usually take advantage of these products to protect their investment. We have spoken with Mrs. Rieks and all cancellations and refunds have been implemented. The Identity Theft is not cancellable, that is correct, but we have refunded the price of this service. We also apologize for the misunderstanding with our service department as obviously we could have performed the necessary service under the factory warranty as well. It seems there was a miscommunication somewhere in the process. We hope this has answered all the concerns and we stand willing to answer any other concerns the Rieks may have. Thank you for letting us know about this situation. We work hard to keep all of our Customers Completely Satisfied.
