I was only at the dealership to look and ended up falling in love with the F-150 after test driving the vehicle with Greg. He is a very nice salesman and made me feel right at home. I knew after 5 short minutes that I would buy the car from him just because he was not the usual pushy car salesman. He took the time to listen to what I wanted. I will go back to buy many more vehicles from Greg at Dewey Ford and I will refer all of my friends and family to him as well. Thank you for a great experience. More
Let me preface my review and state openly that prior to owning a Ford, my wife and I have always preferred GM or Import auto brands. We had also established a relatively long rapport with our primary deal owning a Ford, my wife and I have always preferred GM or Import auto brands. We had also established a relatively long rapport with our primary dealer and were a bit hesitant to stray from them when we were disappointed by the current offering of the type of vehicle we were looking for (crossover). However, after some lengthy research and positive reviews, we happened to stumble upon the 2011 Ford Edge. First off we were impressed by the dealership's inventory as they had just about every trim/color combination that we had initially chosen, and it was shortly thereafter that we met our salesperson, Patrick Grady. At most other dealerships we've been to except our primary before that, we often felt regarded as "not being taken seriously", but not with Patrick. We were regarded with nothing but friendliness and respect and he displayed nothing but professionalism towards us. We told him what we were looking at and he spent even more time educating us on all of the vehicles specs and features than we could've ever imagined. The test drive was nothing short of amazing and any misconception that I had toward Ford vehicles at that time immediately vanished and it was very difficult to hide that fact! Then you can imagine my surprise when they offered to let us take the vehicle home with us overnight! I was on leave from being deployed overseas and was a bit hesitant about purchasing a car while I was home and was really wanting to wait although we knew that we would definitely end up with a new Edge whether it was now, or in the Spring when I was scheduled to be coming home. It was hard to say "no" when we were literally bombarded by every incentive/offer/trade-in allowance etc. from both Patrick and Doug McGrew. That being said we ended up buying right then and there. I can easily attribute this to being the best car buying experience that my wife and I had ever had so far. You will be hard pressed into finding a more courteous, professional,and helpful staff that is eager to earn your business, and even more so when they find out that you are a service member as a few members of their staff are/were as well. We would like to thank Patrick, Doug, and Harley for making this so pleasant and dealing with us being so hesitant, and rest assured that you have future repeat customers here and we will recommend you to anyone thinking of buying a new car Ford or not! This was my first experience buying a car. I am a college student that was looking for a new car that would last me into my young professional days. I have always liked Ford products as my grandfath college student that was looking for a new car that would last me into my young professional days. I have always liked Ford products as my grandfather worked for Ford his entire life. In looking online, Dewey had the selection that I needed in order to find a vehicle that I liked. Upon filling out an online request form, I received a call the very next morning from Mike Huss in the internet sales department. He was super nice and awesome to work with. I met up with Mark later in the day and we test drove the car I had seen online. He let me drive it as much as I wanted and there was absolutely no pressure at all from him to run numbers or anything. I joked with him after the fact that as a first-time buyer, I almost needed a little pressure to know what to do next! Dewey had the best price even before negotiation, and I was able to get an excellent value on my trade. They even were trying to qualify me for rebates that I may not have otherwise known about without their guidance, which was something I wasn't expecting. I had my financing lined up with my personal bank, so the paperwork was handled by Luke Reitz, the business manager for New Ford Vehicles. He was an excellent guy to work with. Explained everything clearly and accurately and didn't try to fluff anything. Very simple and straightforward process. It was a completely stress-free affair. Jennifer Holbrook helped me look through accessories for my vehicle, and she was such a great person. She had a fun personality and was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions, and, although I didn't buy any extras right away, she did not pressure me in the slightest to purchase anything. Scott Fluegel took care of the delivery of the vehicle, and helped me get signed up for the awesome Sync service in my new Focus. He walked me through everything, paired my BlackBerry with the system, and ran me through everything you could want to know about the car. Best part was that he explained it all in a way that a total newbie could understand! Before I left, they all congratulated me personally and shook my hand. Mark took me around the dealership and introduced me to all of the service and body shop managers, who were all extremely cordial in meeting me. The new car sales director tossed in a few free oil changes for me, too! I won't even have to pay for any maintenance for the first 10,000 miles! All in all, the experience was spectacular. I couldn't have asked for a better team of individuals to help me with my first-time-buy. More

My experience with Dewey Ford was first rate! First off, I got excellent service and help from my salesperson, Mike Downer. When it came time to discuss price, he didn't jerk me around or make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. He shot me a "more than fair" price for BOTH of us and the deal got done. It doesn't have to be that difficult. Then, I was very impressed by Kay Mezera who difficult task was to sell me the "add on" features for my new vehicle. My knee jerk response was a definitive "no" but she pleasantly took the time to describe all the options and was honest about what would benefit ME the most, regardless of what would put more commission in HER pocket. Refreshing indeed. Mike the finance guy was efficient and professional and made the "mind numbing" signing of all the documents portion of the transaction painless and quick. He was very knowledgeable with questions and suggestions and worked hard to help me understand the complexities of the financial minutia. Lastly, I was very happy with the service I received from Scott. I had purchased a vehicle with that fancy Microsoft NYSNYC technology and he enthusiastically showed me all the bells and whistles with the ease and precession of a pro. You know he had walked people through that a million times before but his attitude and passion for getting his job done right was on display from the first moment we met. In conclusion, I have purchased many a car in my lifetime. I can say without fear or reservation that this was beyond a shadow of a doubt the best experience I have ever had. So many times, I have left a dealership feeling like I got the "short end of the stick". After this transaction, I walked away feeling I got a fantastic value for my money and received the service that a purchase of that magnitude deserves. The word "team" is one that is thrown around in a corporate setting to the point of being trite. But in this case, the people I encountered at Dewey Ford indeed functioned as a team in the finest sense and I have no hesitation in recommending this team of professionals to anyone in search of a positive car buying experience. I came in on a busy day at the end of the month and I had to look around inside and out for a salesman. I knew I was going to buy a truck either that day or the next, so I was there to mess around. It turned out to be my salesman's first full sale and his first truck sale. He explained to me up front what the deal was and he worked hard to keep me informed and sought help for any questions he didn't know the answer to. He did have to have a some assistance to complete the sale. I was very satisfied with the price we settled on for the vehicle. I was also happy with the demo of all the features at the time of delivery the next day and felt comfortable that I would be able to operate all the features. I have recommended Dewey to 3 of my friends so far that I knew were looking for vehicles. I will by my next vehicle at Dewey. More

My boyfriend and I went to Dewey to check out the Edge. We weren't for sure on which type but we knew that was the car for me. And Ron Pink was the salesman for us. My two kids and I went in to Dewey Ford today to really just test drive a couple of cars. Dennis Omeara was the salesman that worked with us and he was so kind and helpful. He just said we will make it work for you and he did. He was wonderful. I have to admit, when I walked into Dewey Ford, I asked for a female sales person and the girl said, "we don't have any" and I said okay...and along came Dennis. I had nothing fear, he was very easy to work with and that is what I was hoping for. Kim Willer worked some magic and got me a great rate and a price that I could afford and I'm so thankful he could do that for me. His closing and signing of the documents were easy and painfree. He's a very kind man and I enjoyed working with him. Scott Fluegel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with teaching me how to use the Insyn feature in my new Ford Escape. He explained things clearly and with enough detail to make me feel like I knew what I was doing. Of course, I would like to have a little tiny "Scott" to put in my pocket because I had a few more questions when I got home but that is what the manual is for! I haven't had to purchase a car on my own in the past 11 years and honestly, I was scared to death to come in today. But, my experience today with Dewey Ford was by far the best car shopping day I have ever had and I drove off the lot happy and proud. Not only were those three guys great to us but also the rest of the staff at Dewey Ford were all extremly nice, helpful and gratious. I had a few memebers of your staff thank me as we walked out the door to our new Ford Escape! I know my husband Mitch who is currently serving in Afghanistan will appreciate that his wife and kids came in to test drive some SUV's and drove home happy in our new 2011 Ford Escape! We recently bought our new Ford Edge from Dewey Ford. We absolutely love the car! Right after we got it, we took it on trips to Washington, DC and Denver, Colorado, and it made the trips as comfortable as w absolutely love the car! Georgios Symeonidis took very good care of us, helping us with every phase of the purchase process. He made us feel like we were dealing with a family member. I've since been back for my regular service, and found that the entire Dewey team is like that. They treat you like you're the most important person in the world. I'd definitely recommend the Dewey team to anybody who'd even starting to think about buying a car! More
